All of the steps outlined below must be completed for a successful application. Please see our admissions cycle and important dates further down the page.

Details to Note:

A completed application does not guarantee a space for your child.

Applications are accepted throughout the year.

There is no “wait-list”. Our student selection criteria does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

We aim to have a good balance of boys/girls, and age groupings in each classroom.

We encourage families that have applied to stay in touch periodically and to let us know if plans for your child’s education have changed.

Once you have visited the school and your application is reviewed, we will contact you if we are able to offer your child a space.
If your child is offered a space, registration will be complete once we receive the following by the date requested:
- Completed registration form with required documentation
- Parent agreement
- Deposit fee (Non-Refundable)
- Post-dated tuition cheques / PAD form (Pre-Authourized Debit)
When you submit a parent agreement to WMA, you are responsible for the whole term’s tuition for Casa dei Bambini and the whole year’s tuition for Elementary. Parents should fully understand their financial obligation for tuition. No refund of tuition is provided for withdrawal or absence. If you do decide to withdraw mid-term you will be responsible for paying any outstanding tuition balance immediately. Please see our Withdrawal Policy.
